Where You'll Find Me

I'm currently running my blog over at WritersAfterDark.net. I'd love it if you stopped by and hang for a bit! I'll return the favor, promise!

Running two blogs gets a bit difficult, so bear with me while I figure things out. In the meantime, if I could interest you in industry news, writing tips, and poking some fun at writerly problems, you'll find me here:

Celebrate the Small Things ;)

This hop comes with easy instructions:
Sign up, post something to celebrate,
hop around and cheer on others, bask in warm glow.
Full instructions and badge here.

This week I'm celebrating:

1- A nice family outing to watch Mickey Mouse in person.
I was tired the next day, I'm not cut out for being a social animal.
2- Starting to think about my revisions. What? There is such thing as
"thinking work" when it comes to writing, no?
3- The writing community. We rock!
OK, you guys rock but as a writer I can write myself in, so there.

What are you celebrating this week?

  1. Thinking about writing totally counts as work. I'm doing it all the time! Now, if I could just sit down for five minutes to get my 'thinking' down on paper ...

    1. Yeah... and that's the challenge, getting it down on paper :D

  2. I definitely need my thinking time as much as the writing itself-kind of like a mental outlining.

  7. We ALL rock! Many pubbed authors spend months thinking about books before outlining and writing them. Thinking is definitely a legitimate part of the process.
Glad you had a good time with your family! :-)

  8. How fun to see Mickey! There is definitely such a thing as thinking work. I've been doing that lately getting two new novels up and going. And this community does rock :)
