Where You'll Find Me

I'm currently running my blog over at WritersAfterDark.net. I'd love it if you stopped by and hang for a bit! I'll return the favor, promise!

Running two blogs gets a bit difficult, so bear with me while I figure things out. In the meantime, if I could interest you in industry news, writing tips, and poking some fun at writerly problems, you'll find me here:

A to Z Challenge—S.K.-isms! O is for . . .

O is for O-riosity. Stands for being curious about the big, famous, O. Example:

What? Well, come on people! It IS important. We all love it. Need it, even. You can’t get to it without the intertwining of . . . well, let’s say the number 8. If you have any sort of curiosity about the big “O”, let me give you some facts: 1- It’s awesome. 2- None of us would be here without it (wink, wink), and 3- It was discovered by two men: Joseph Priestly and Carl Wilhelm Scheele. What? Well, Oxygen of course, the one whose atomic number is 8 on the periodic table? The one that allows you to breathe? That one. What were you thinking?

*S.K.’s original word. If it even counts.
**Wanna tell me your own thoughts on the big O? Do you appreciate it? ::Looks sideways while whistling::

  5. And then there are those moments when there's not enough oxygen, like on top of a ... tall mountain! Two can play at this game. ;)

    1. Just read the first three lines repeatedly...and take slow breathes in between. Ignore the rest if it doesn't help with getting oxygen into your lungs. ;)
