Where You'll Find Me

I'm currently running my blog over at WritersAfterDark.net. I'd love it if you stopped by and hang for a bit! I'll return the favor, promise!

Running two blogs gets a bit difficult, so bear with me while I figure things out. In the meantime, if I could interest you in industry news, writing tips, and poking some fun at writerly problems, you'll find me here:

Celebrating: Blogging, Coffee, and Chats!

As you already know, I love that which we call "coffee." It makes me go bunkers. You know who else loves coffee? My editor Lynda Dietz. You'd think we would fight over who gets the last cup, but nope. We just make more; no need to argue about it. We have many other issues we rather address, and we do this while chatting. A lot.

You also know that I've been fairly absent from blogging. If you didn't notice, then you're worse than me—in which case I feel less guilty, so thank you. To solve this little issue I came up with a plan which combines all three points previously mentioned: coffee, chats with Lynda, and blogging. In this case re-blogging.

I decided I would share some of our chats for followers of this blog—don't worry, I cleared it with her. For the rest of the Summer or so I'll be posting them here on Mondays. Tune in to see the many shenanigans I get myself into. Oh boy. It's a wonder Lynda hasn't fired me as her client . . . yet.

So that's what I'm celebrating: a plan for blogging! And instead of figuring out what to post next, I can use the time to visit you guys. Boom. See you on Monday! :D

This post is part of Celebrate the Small Things hop. It comes with easy instructions: sign up, post something to celebrate, hop around, cheer on others, and bask in warm glow. Full instructions and badge *here.*
What are you celebrating?

  1. Fortunately I haven't missed the chats at her blog this summer.
You have been missed. Seems a lot of people have taken off the past couple months.

  3. Hi, I have been a bit too busy, so I am dropping over at all my blog buddies' blogs less often. I will visit everyone over the weekend. Missed you.

    1. And, as the old saying goes... coffee is next to godliness. Or something.

  7. I've missed you. Last Friday I came to your blog, and no you. :( Glad you'll be sharing with us. The chats I've read before between you and Lynda were funny.

  8. Blogging is a problem this summer, but luckily, there's coffee! Glad you're chatting with your editor. That's more important anyway. :) And I regurgitated on my blog a little today too.

  9. Yay for blogging plans. Here are my "plans." I wait until very late Thurs night just before going to bed and suddenly think, "Oh no! I have to post now so it will pop up tomorrow. Muse, get to work! Think of something, quick!" Good luck! :)

  13. I like to recycle some blog posts once in a while. It gives me more time to visit others and sometimes people have missed a post they might enjoy. Good idea.

  14. Family, writing, and publishing come first.

  15. I look forward to reading about your shenanigans. =D (You will be aghast to learn I'm not a coffee drinker.)

  16. I haven't missed any of the coffee chats, but it's admirable to hear you have blogging plans. We're more of a "seat of the pants" type of blog, so anything involving plans always blows my mind.
